Mamatha Chamarthi, Goodyear Tire & Rubber

Mamatha Chamarthi is Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. In this role, which she assumed in 2024, Chamarthi oversees all aspects of digital businesses, as well as the company’s information technology function. She is responsible for establishing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy, encompassing solutions for products, plants, services and processes. Chamarthi previously served as Chief Software Business Growth Officer for Stellantis, responsible for creating and leading a significant software business that consistently delivered year-over-year revenue targets. At Stellantis, she also served as Chief Information and Digital Officer, overseeing global connected vehicle initiatives, cybersecurity and enterprise IT. Earlier in her career, Chamarthi held leadership roles at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Consumers Energy and Daimler Group. She also serves on the board of directors and audit committee for both Health Alliance Plan and ChampionX. Chamarthi advises the government of Telangana, India to attract the automotive ecosystem to Hyderabad and the surrounding areas in her role as the chair of the advisory board for the Ministry of IT and Industries. She also co-founded and serves on the board of T200, a non-profit whose mission is to lift women into leadership positions. Chamarthi received her Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University and Sri Venkateswara University, a Master of Science degree in computer science and software engineering from Oakland University and a Master of Arts degree in English from Osmania University.
